A very effective non-phosphated neutral pH disinfectant, cleaner, deodorizer, mildewstat, fungicide, and virucide in water up to 400 ppm  hardness in the presence of organic soil (5% blood serum).  KILLS THE AIDS VIRUS (HIV-1 and HIV-2), HBV, HCV, Human Coronavirus, BVDV and Rota virus.  Also effective against Herpes I and II.  Now effective against 40 additional Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria, and viruses, including VRE faecalis, MRSA, VISA and S pyogenes (flesh eating strain).  Used in hospitals, nursing homes, patient care facilities, schools, office buildings, and other institutuions.  This product will not dull high-gloss floor finishes with repeated use and cleans better than other competitive neutral pH products.  Now can be formulated with alternate alcohol ethoxylates.  Lower surfactant level.  Contains BTC 885 at 5.4% active quat.  (Disinfection = 2oz/gal).  ***Plus a wide selection of approved dyes and fragrances.  Can also be formulated without dyes and fragrances.  Registered in California.
