A very effective non-phosphated neutral pH disinfectant, cleaner, deodorizer, mildewstat, fungicide, and virucide in water up to 400 ppm hardness in the presence of organic soil (5% blood serum).  Some viruses:  Mumps, Avian Influenza Virus, AIDS virus (HIV-1 and HIV-2), HBV, HCV, Human Coronavirus, BVDV, SARS, Herpes I and II, PRRSV, and Rotavirus.  Antibiotic-resistant bacteria, including CA-MRSA, MRSA, Acinetobacter baumannii Multi Drug Resistant, VRE faecalis, VISA, and S. pyogenes (flesh eating strain).  Used in hospitals, nursing homes, patient care facilities, schools, office buildings, sports stadiums and on other expanded use-sites and environmental surfaces.  "Bactericidal stability of use-solution" claim.  Citrus Canker Control and Mushroom Farm Sanitation.  This product will not dull high-gloss floor finishes with repeated use and cleans better than other competitive neutral pH products.  Now can be formulated with alternate alcohol ethoxylates.  Lower surfactant level.  Contains BTC 885 at 10.85% active quat.  (Disinfection = 1oz/gal).  ***Plus a wide selection of approved dyes and fragrances.  Registered in California.
